Job Description
As the runner/expo, you are the lynch pin between the kitchen and guests, you'll be in constant motion ensuring plates are finished in the kitchen and food is delivered quickly and accurately to guests. You'll describe the food being presented and handle or communicate guest requests as they come up.
Responsibilities
- Read tickets, finish plates and run food or delegate to a team member
- Describe dish being dropped at the guest's table and ensure they are satisfied before returning to the kitchen
- Retrieve any items guests may need to accompany their meal
- Assist servers in side work during down times
- Be sure station is set with all items needed by both the BOH and the FOH
- Maintain a clean workstation

Our restaurant was born out of the love that BubbaT had in his heart for his little Acadian-Cajun wife who desired to bring a taste of N’awlins to Spring without ever leavin’ home! We have been right here on the corner of Sawdust and Borough Park in business since 2010 and aiming to please since day one. Our fast casual atmosphere family or friends to kick back, relax, and “let the good times roll”! We are in the extraordinary guest experience business with a God-given mission to satisfy “hawngry” tummies and are specialists in the field. We serve up mouth waterin’ Cajun specialty dishes and comfort food cooked fresh and made to order. Although our signature dish is the All You Can Eat Catfish, satisfaction is guaranteed with a vast array of fried, grilled and blackened seafood, chicken and genuine angus beef all served up with a heapin’ dose of southern hospitality the way it’s supposed to be.
