Job Description
As the EXPO, you are the lynch pin between the kitchen and guests, you'll be in constant motion ensuring food is delivered quickly and accurately to guests.
You'll be plating the food being presented and manage takeout orders including accurate packaging.
You’ll handle or communicate with servers and liaison between Kitchen and Front of the house for all orders.
Responsibilities
- Read tickets, finish plates and delegate to run the food to a team member or server.
- Describe dish being dropped at the guest's table.
- Retrieve any items guests may need to accompany their meal.
- Assist back of the house in side work during down times and manage your station.
- Be sure station is set with all items needed by both the BOH and the FOH.
- Manage prep times, takeout times, and packaging of takeouts with accuracy.
