Job Description

As the runner/expo, you are the lynch pin between the kitchen and guests, you'll be in constant motion ensuring plates are finished in the kitchen and food is delivered quickly and accurately to guests via take out or dine in. You'll describe the food being presented and handle or communicate guest requests as they come up. You will double check order accuracy and quality. During down time, a cleaning list and inventory list must be completed. All staff in front of house are cross trained within all positions including barista and cashier in addition to expo.
