Job Description
As the food runner, you are the lynch pin between the kitchen and guests. You'll be in constant motion ensuring that food is delivered quickly and accurately to guests. An ideal candidate will be able to lift heavy things, provide friendly customer service, remain calm under high-pressure environment, take criticisms and inputs, and work well with others.
Responsibilities
- Greet Customers as they enter the premises
- Take orders and explain the menu to customers
- Keep working environment clean
- Bring food out to customers in a timely manner
- Provide excellent service to customers by answering all their questions
- Attend each table to make sure every customers are taken care of

Namu is a small complex with a Café/ Restaurant, Beer Hall, and outdoor space. Born from a collaboration of two food trucks, Namu proudly serves fast casual Korean cuisine along with local coffee in an inviting environment. With the newest addition of our Beer Hall, Namu now operates 30 drafts and over 100 selections of canned/ bottled craft beer. The Beer Hall is a fun space with games where Namu food is served and open late on weekends.
