Job Description
This is a ghost kitchen food hall.
Runners are responsible for retrieving all orders from the kitchens, and bring them to the front for distribution to the 3rd party delivery drivers, and customers picking up.
Responsibilities
- Read tickets, ensure orders are complete
- Retrieve any items guests may need to accompany their meal
- Assist in side work during down times
- Be sure station is set with all items needed
- Maintain a clean workstation
- Ensure order number matches driver ticket number
