Job Description
As the runner/expo, you are the lynch pin between the kitchen and guests, you'll be in constant motion ensuring food is delivered quickly and accurately to guests. You'll repeat orders off the receipt thats being served to the guest and handling customer requests as they come up.
Responsibilities
- You'll take orders on our headsets, help with making drinks and icecream Read tickets to assure you're taking the correct order, before running food or drinks to the customers
- You'll checkback on customers to ensure they are satisfied
- Retrieve any items guests may need to accompany their meal
- Assist servers in side work during down times
- Be sure station is set with all items needed by both the BOH and the FOH
- Maintain a clean workstation as well as maintaining a clean parking lot otherwise known as the customers dining area.
