Job Description

Sandwich Makers are responsible for preparing sandwiches in fast food restaurants and their duties may also include ensuring that food safety standards are respected, collecting payments from customers, cleaning the working area, portioning food items, and maintaining stocks.

Responsibilities

• Prepares sandwiches to individual orders of customers: receives sandwich orders from customers
• Selects and cuts bread, such as white, whole wheat, or rye and toast or grills bread, according to order
• Places meat or filling between bread slices
• Prepares and grills hamburgers to customer order
• Clean and sanitize kitchen and equipment
