We are seeking Servers who are passionate about providing guests with a unique, exceptional drinking and dining experience. A Server is responsible for welcoming guests in a friendly and timely manner, making helpful menu suggestions based on guest preferences and promptly providing food and drink service. He or she must be able to accurately and efficiently do so following established company guidelines and procedures. A Server rings guest checks, collects cash and processes credit card charges following company policies and procedures.

The Server must understand the importance of always having a quick smile and welcoming demeanor. It’s important to immediately acknowledge and sincerely welcome guests upon arrival and be attentive throughout their stay. The ability to multi-task, engage with all guests,

and anticipate guest needs so that no guest feels ignored is necessary.

***We are willing to train people who have little or no experience. We recognize that hard working people have the desire to succeed and often learn very quickly. Many of our team members have started with very little experience and later advanced to Bartenders and

Managers. A positive attitude, sense of urgency, hospitality mentality, team player mindset and excellent communication skills are all required for this position. The ideal candidate for this position can work a flexible schedule that includes days, night, weekends and holidays.
