Job Description

As a server, you are responsible for providing exceptional, attentive service to guests, while creating a welcoming and efficient dining experience. This role requires strong, menu knowledge, clear communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with the service and culinary teams to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.

Servers act as ambassadors of the restaurant’s hospitality standards, and are expected to maintain professionalism, urgency, and a positive attitude, and a fast paced environment

Responsibilities

• provide warm, attentive, and professional service to all guests
• demonstrate strong knowledge of menus, specials, and beverage offerings
• accurately take and enter food and beverage orders into the POS
• deliver food and drink drinks promptly while following service standards
• anticipate guest needs and ensure a positive dining experience
• maintain clean, organized tables and service areas throughout service
• communicate effectively with kitchen and bar to ensure accuracy and timing
• complete assigned, opening, running, and closing side work
• process payments accurately and handle cash responsibly
• follow all food, safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service guidelines
