As a server, you truly care about providing a memorable and hospitable experience. You are welcoming and accommodating with the ability to educate our patrons and guide their experience to create lasting memories. You have a desire to expand your knowledge of our offerings and be creative with your recommendations, using suggestive selling where appropriate. Responsibilities
- Present menu and answer questions
- Take orders and make recommendations
- Manage tables paying attention to cleanliness and order
- Issue bills and accept payment

WE LIKE BIG POTS! Crane Ramen is a Gainesville, Florida craft ramen restaurant located just 3 minutes from The University of Florida. We serve slow-food, fast! Our meat, eggs, and poultry are local whenever possible, and most of our veggies come from farms located within 100 miles of the restaurant. All of our food is scratch-made! We have our stocks running 24 hours a day!
