Job Description

In Guest Services/ Cocktail service, you will ensure guests have a positive and memorable experience by providing them with cocktail beverages and maintain open tickets and completing/closing tabs properly and assistance in a variety of ways. You should always be on the lookout for opportunities to go above and beyond, though your exact responsibilities may differ. Effective communication and creative problem solving will be central to your success. Excellent customer service are very important. Maintaining a fun yet safe environment within the laws of alcohol service.

Responsibilities

• Verify proof of age and identity for every guest
• Present menu and answer questions
• Take beverage orders and make recommendations
• Manage tables paying attention to cleanliness and order
• Accept debit/credit cards and responsibly maintain each tab/ticket for each guest
• Issue bills and accept payment
• Listen to complaints or problems with a positive attitude
• Maintain assigned department duties/side work
