Job Description

September 3, 2022 we will be established for approximately 40 years, come be a part of a team that’s strives for excellence, professionalism, and have the experience and know how to take care of each other and the customers that walk through the door. Right now you’re hourly is $5.00 an hour plus tips, which is better than most restaurants are doing and I am always looking to increase your hourly in a quarterly fashion. We offer a $300 sign on bonus, which you will receive half after 60 days and the other half after 90 days. We offer direct deposits, a fun fast paced environment, flexible shifts, a set schedule. The only thing that changes on your schedule from week to week and day to day is the cut in which you are associated with, a rotation. Tips are averaging at about $25 an hour.

You are welcoming and accommodating with the ability to educate our patrons and guide their experience to create lasting memories. You have a desire to expand your knowledge of our offerings and be creative with your recommendations, using suggestive selling where appropriate. You work quickly, love being part of a team and are capable of solving problems in stride.

Responsibilities

• Present menu and answer questions
• Take orders and make recommendations
• Manage tables paying attention to cleanliness and order
• Issue bills and accept payment
• Listen to complaints or problems with a positive attitude
