Pay Rate: Minimum plus tips
La Puerta is the go to, neighborhood cantina. We have been serving up hospitality, Mexican food, and rock-n-roll. Being one of San Diego's largest mezcal bars in the Gaslamp for 14 years, and we recently opened a second location in Mission Hills. We are a fast-paced workplace, with lots of variety and moving parts. We are looking for an organized leader that has fun by making things happen and executing great service, day after day, and making friends along the way. We take great pride in our product and our hospitality. Values like integrity and professionalism, are close to our hearts. We're busy, but we love our Agave Spirits and always look forward to broadening our knowledge. We work and strive hard for a work-life balance.
