You are welcoming and accomodating with the ability to educate our patrons and guide their experience to create lasting memories. You have a desire to expand your knowledge of our offerings and be creative with your recommendations, using suggestive selling where appropriate. You work quickly, love being part of a team and are capable of solving problems in stride.
Responsibilities
- Present menu and answer questions
- Take orders and make recommendations
- Manage tables paying attention to cleanliness and order
- Issue bills and accept payment
- Listen to complaints or problems with a positive attitude

Pescado is excited to serve Emerald Coast visitors and locals, share the new spaces overlooking the Gulf of Mexico and provide extraordinary service and cuisine.
The restaurant is open Sunday through Wednesday from 3:00 - 9:30 PM and Thursday through Saturday from 3:00 - 10:30. The bar is open from 3:00 - 11:00 PM daily so guests can enjoy the ever-changing view.
Pescado is located to the west of Rosemary Beach Town Hall above Southside Slice in the "Orleans" building.
Pescado was designed by Smith Hanes of Atlanta, who incorporated subtle coastal colors, clean lines and soft lighting to create a space that invites and complements the elements and scenery of the Emerald Coast.
