Their sauce is custom-made for them by Red Gold and gives the pizza and spaghetti its signature flavor. There is no frozen cheese at Rey Pizza. We grind all of our cheeses ourselves. The pizza dough is made fresh daily so that the customers are never served any frozen products. All of the toppings are fresh, never frozen. Even the sandwiches are made fresh daily.
