The Shore and Country Club, a family-oriented club, is seeking motivated and enthusiastic leaders to join our food and beverage team as Servers! Responsibilities
- Our Servers provide attentive and professional food and beverage service to members and guests throughout our dining areas, private events, and Club functions. Responsibilities include taking and entering orders, serving food and beverages, assisting with setup and breakdown, completing side work, and working closely with the kitchen and F&B team to provide a great member experience.
- Previous serving or hospitality experience is preferred, but we are happy to meet candidates who have a positive attitude, strong customer service skills, and a willingness to learn. We are looking for team players who are dependable, professional, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Evening and weekend availability is important.
- We offer competitive pay of $18–$22/hour, flexible scheduling, employee meals while working, and the opportunity to work in a beautiful waterfront setting.
