Job Description

As a server, you truly care about providing a memorable and hospitable experience. • Must be at least 18

• Speak, read, and understand English fluently. Knowledge of a second language is a plus.

• High School or equivalent experience

• Proven work experience as a Server

• Adhere to grooming and appearance standards

• Computer literacy

• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills

• Ability to keep calm under pressure

• Dependability, attendance, punctuality, and a commitment to do the job right are always essential

• Must have reliable transportation

• Excellent knowledge of setting, serving, and clearing tables

• Must be able to carry serving trey

• Frequently lift/carry up to 25 lbs.

• Occasionally lift/carry up to 50 lbs.

• Frequent walking and standing, possibly for extended distances; ability to bend and climb stairs when necessary

• Provide exceptional customer service during your service

Responsibilities

• • Set up tables, place-settings, and event space according to established guidelines in a timely and efficient manner
• • Clean/polish glassware and utensils
• • Take care of all guests needs and requests
• • Complete all work assigned to you during your shift
• • Assist with the breakdown of service events
• • Always maintain a clean and safe work area, observing all safety rules
• • Assist bartender with keeping garnishments and glassware stocked.
