Simply Fondue Fort Worth is owned and operated by local Fort Worth residents Gary and Jennifer Grassia. Gary and Jennifer Grassia grew their business and networking roots as owners of The Little Gym on Hulen Street in Fort Worth. After two gyms, many years and numerous great friendships developed they decided it was time to move on to other ventures. With that, Simply Fondue Fort Worth began.
After years of dining at Simply Fondue, The Grassia's felt it was just what Fort Worth was missing. After finding the perfect location, Simply Fondue opened up to much fanfare on September 25, 2008
