Job Description

As a SONIC Drive-In Carhop, your primary responsibility is to provide every guest with a SuperSONIC experience. Carhops do this by: -Delivering a warm, friendly, and fast experience to every guest

-Maintaining knowledge of our menu, tp help customers navigate all customizable combinations

-Resolving customer concerns, guaranteeing every guest leaves satisfied

-Taking orders with a smile in their voice

-Maintaining SONIC safety and sanitation standards

Responsibilities

• Serving guests with a smile, resolving guest issues/complaints, taking orders over headet, utilizing POS system, preparing drinks & ice cream, bagging orders, and hustling to get each order out to the guest. (Please note carhops must be able to be physically active on their feet for extended periods of time.)
