Job Description
Voted Best Burger in Tampa Bay for 5 consecutive years, Burger Monger is seeking ambitious, hardworking individuals to join our leadership team.
As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for leading your team through daily meal service, while serving “comeback quality” food each and every day.
Shift Leaders are responsible for using the tools we have to ensure consistency in execution, validating the training of new team members, setting clear priorities for the shift and working directly with the General Manager to build a high performing team.

We are open every day of the week, have full and part time positions available, but prefer FLEXIBLE schedules for maximum hours potential.
Experience (preferred):
1 year customer-facing experience
1 year restaurant service experience
Spanish language skills
GED or Associate's
Responsibilities
- closing the restaurant must be available to stay till 11:00pm as a shift leader
