Job Description

The Team Leader is the first-line operational supervisor responsible for training, guiding, and motivating team members to deliver consistent, high-quality guest experiences. This role demands strong supervisory skills, a commitment to food safety, and the ability to lead effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Requirements:

Minimum 6 months of restaurant industry experience

Reliable transportation to and from work

Ability to read and write in English

Ability to lift and carry 10–65 lbs.

Willingness and ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Satisfactory background check required prior to employment

Responsibilities
