Responsibilities

• Every team member starts out learning the back-end of the store: washing dishes, mopping, cleaning, putting items away, retrieving items from the shelves & walk-ins. Once you become comfortable & confident with where everything is & what it’s used for, you move in to learn the front (customer facing) end. You’ll learn our menu; learn how to make our ice cream, coffee, food & bakery items; learn how to address customers & how to become a great server.
• Salary starts at $13 + tips.
