Job Description
*Pay base of $12 + tips. Pay with tips included averages $18/hour*
As a Crew Member, you'll have a lot of face time with guests and wear many hats. You'll oversee the daily activities, take the lead resolving issues, and operate independently.You're high functioning, adaptable, and ready for whatever a customer throws at you.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests to make them feel comfortable and welcome
- Maintain a healthy and safe environment for guests and staff alike by adhering to safety and sanitation standards.
- Take guests’ ice cream and coffee orders and handle cash/credit transactions
- Follow operational policies and procedures
- Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and menu items
- Serve food to guests in a courteous and timely manner
- Quickly and accurately prepare food items, stocking as necessary.
