Responsibilities
- 📋 Key Responsibilities for Job Postings
- • Customer Engagement: Enthusiastically greeting "Fans," assisting with menu navigation, and handling transactions with accuracy and a smile.
- • Treat & Food Artistry: Preparing iconic DQ treats (Blizzards, cones, etc.) and hot food items according to strict brand and safety standards.
- • Speed & Efficiency: Maintaining fast service times, especially in the drive-thru, while multitasking in a high-pressure environment.
- • Cleanliness & Safety: Following food safety protocols (handwashing, temp checks) and maintaining a pristine dining room and kitchen.
- • Team Collaboration: Working harmoniously with co-workers and management to ensure the restaurant runs smoothly during "rushes."
