Job Description

Eb & Bean is a local frozen yogurt chain with dairy and plant based options. All of our flavors are mixed in house as well as many of our sauces and toppings. The ideal candidate is a dynamic individual who can bring super solid work ethic, empathy, organization, and superb communication skills to our one of a kind workplace.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests to make them feel comfortable and welcome
• Take guests’ food orders and handle cash/credit transactions
• Follow operational policies and procedures, including those for cash handling and safety/security to ensure the safety of all team members during each shift
• Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and menu items
• Serve food to guests in a courteous and timely manner
• Quickly and accurately prepare food items
• • Check in deliveries for accuracy
• • Oversee daily, weekly, and monthly checklists
• • Complete production tasks accurately and to standard
• • Ability to taste test all products
• •. Ability to lift 50 pounds, stand on feet for up to 8 hours(with breaks), and bend/reach/stoop to perform certain tasks throughout the day
