Fit Food Express is a health food, meal prep style takeout store specializing in supportive nutrition with a clear goal in mind: Make it convenient and affordable to eat healthy, delicious meals. We have carefully designed our meals to be packed full of flavor without being packed full of fats, carbohydrates, or calories. Our kitchen, which is located on-site, prepares fresh meals which are cooked daily and packaged into microwavable containers. Each meal is labeled with nutritional information including protein, carbohydrates, fat, and calories (macronutrients). Fit Food Express offers meal choices for almost every diet including, gluten free options, vegan and vegetarian options, and low sodium options.
