Lit Pizza-Team member employees provide exceptional customer service and prepare the final product served to the customer.

Responsibilities

• In addition to following Lit Pizza's policies and procedures, the primary responsibilities of Team member are as follows:
• Ensures food preparation methods, portioning and presentation meet standards.
• Ensures customer satisfaction is achieved and food is prepared as requested by the customer.
• Maintains the cleanliness and appearance of the food lines, dining room, patio and bathrooms.
• Monitors and executes preparation, handling and storage of food to ensure food safety practices are met.
• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Prepare customer orders as requested.
• Prepare the restaurant for success by utilizing opening, closing and layover checklists.
• Restock necessary items as needed.
• Take phone orders.
• Complete transactions on POS when necessary.
• Bus, clean and sanitize tables.
• Take out trash.
• Clean and sanitize work area, equipment and floors.
• Perform other duties as assigned depending on the needs of the restaurant or company.
• Must be able to perform general physical activities, and may require standing for long periods of time, lifting products or equipment up to 50lbs, and working with sharp and/or hot equipment.
• Completion and certification of a state or local government approved alcohol server training program.
