When husband and wife Javier and Judy decided to open up their own restaurant, they drew on their favorite flavors from the country they grew up in -- making for a menu chock-full of authentic Mexican cuisine. They also knew they had to use the freshest ingredients in their dishes. After all, they love their community and believe they deserve the best. And it's not just Rita's flavorful entrees that get that freshness. From homemade tortillas to agua fresca to cuatro leches cake, everything is prepared the right way: no cutting corners, and plenty of love in every dish.
