What is a Sonic Master?
A Sonic Master is a team member that has mastered the Kitchen, Fountain, and Skating CarHop Positions. Master 2 positions become Double Master, and master all 3 to receive the coveted title of Wizard!
How do I become one?
Be recommended by your manager or supervisor.
Complete and pass the written portion of the Masters test.
Pass an on-site skills test, conducted by your area supervisor.

Responsibilities
- Greet guests to make them feel comfortable and welcome
- Take guests’ food orders and handle cash/credit transactions
- Follow operational policies and procedures, including those for cash handling and safety/security to ensure the safety of all team members during each shift
- Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and menu items
- Serve food to guests in a courteous and timely manner
- Quickly and accurately prepare food items
