Job Description
At Main Event Chesterfield, we're looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our front of house team as a full time or part time waiter/waitress. By joining our wait staff, you'll be expected to educate patrons on the menu, guide them through their meal, and provide a memorable experience. At Main Event Chesterfield, being able to think quickly, take problems in stride, and work well as part of a team is a must. Waiters/waitresses should learn the menu and continually educate themselves on specials. A successful waiter/waitress will handle complaints with patience and grace. Responsibilities
- Upholding our cleanliness and safety standards (We take this seriously!)
- Welcoming and greeting all Guests, all while being an ambassador of FUN!
- Recommending menu items and ensuring order accuracy
- Delivering food and drinks in a timely manner and anticipating Guest’s needs
- Creating memorable experiences by providing exceptional service (you rock at creating a good time!)
- Adhering to local and state alcohol laws, procedures and policies
- Processing payment transactions and welcoming our Guests back
- Maintaining a clean and safe section; completing side duties
