Job Description
At Sneakers Sports Grille, we're looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our front of house team as a full time or part time waiter/waitress. By joining our wait staff, you'll be expected to educate patrons on the menu, guide them through their meal, and provide a memorable experience. At Sneakers Sports Grille, being able to think quickly, take problems in stride, and work well as part of a team is a must. Waiters/waitresses should learn the menu and continually educate themselves on specials. A successful waiter/waitress will handle complaints with patience and grace. Responsibilities
- Beverage cart/server/bartender
- Present menu and answer questions
- Take orders and make recommendations
- Manage tables paying attention to cleanliness and order
- Issue bills and accept payment
- Listen to complaints or problems with a positive attitude
- Sneakers operates the food and beverages at Jax Beach Golf Club and an ocean view sports themed restaurant, this job includes working at both locations.
