Here at MidiCi, we see pizza as an artform. Like any artist we take our creative process seriously and meticulously fret over the smallest details. We seek to hone our skills every day in order to improve our processes and surround our guests with mouth-watering Italian cuisine, inspiring visuals and genuine hospitality. This is the standard to which we hold ourselves.

Whether dining in, taking out, or through delivery, we value the trust that our guests place in us to provide an excellent and safe dining experience. Much like the dishware in Beauty and the Beast, serving you is our greatest honor and privilege.

We opened our doors in March of 2019 as a franchisee for MidiCi The Neapolitan Pizza Company. Due to the unforeseen tragedy that is the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic, along with our own unique desire to express our creative voice, we have evolved into a largely independent restaurant with little more than our pizza sauce and wits.

As we continue to move forward and refine our independent philosophy we still hold onto the core values that aligned us with MidiCi in the first place: Serving authentic Italian cuisine with all-natural, non-gmo ingredients. As well as maintaining the conviction to see the good side of all people, and hiring high-character people who believe in our mission.
