About Wild West BBQ
Wild West BBQ is a family owned business that caters to families of the Angleton and South Houston area!
Founded by the three Alvarez brother’s – Ruben, Sergio and Homer – they began their BBQ journey in 2004. This wild ride has taken them on quite a successful trip.
It all began with Sergio and Homer working for Luther’s BBQ and Going’s BBQ in Crosby, Texas back in 2004. While working in management and cook positions, Homer attended culinary school while Sergio continued to refine his restaurant management skills and Ruben attended college majoring in finance.
After Homer finished culinary school, the three decided to open up Wild West BBQ in 2014.
