Pi.E 3.14 Everyday Eatery opened in 2014 in the Village Shops of the Castle Hills subdivision, in Lewisville, TX (near the borders of Carrollton and The Colony). Nestled in a neighborhood, but also with easy access from nearby main roads, this restaurant offers the best of both worlds - an energetic atmosphere and a comfortable local bar feeling. Co-founded by Sean Conner, one of DFW's premier mixologists (and owner of sister restaurant T.B.D. Kitchen), PIE Everyday Eatery is focused on delivering quality food and cocktails in a community setting. From creative pizzas, house-made pastas, bar bites and a stunning brunch menu, PIE's offerings are centered around fresh, seasonal, and local ingredients.
