Located in the 19th Street Market Place Shopping Center, in the heart of Houston’s Historic Heights Shopping District, Luis and Amber Rabo opened We Olive & Wine Bar Houston in the Summer of 2017. This is We Olive and Wine Bar’s second location in Texas (the first one is located just outside of Austin at the Hill Country Galleria).

Luis and Amber met at the University of Houston while attending graduate school. After graduating and getting married, both worked their way up into high ranking management positions which took them to all parts of the country. However, they eventually returned to Houston to raise their family. Luis and Amber always aspired to have their own business and after considering several ideas, We Olive & Wine Bar provided a concept to showcase their passion for all things food and wine.
