Maude's Liquor Bar is seeking a Full Time PM Senior Line Cook and Dishwasher to join their team. At Maude's, guests enjoy an intimate environment serving rustic French classics, fresh seafood and handcrafted cocktails. The restaurant is part of Hogsalt Hospitality, run by Brendan Sodikoff, which includes Au Cheval, Bavette's, Doughnut Vault, Gilt Bar, Green Street Smoked Meats, High Five Ramen and 3 Greens Market.

Senior Line Cook: Pay rate is $16-$18/hr based on experience
Dishwasher: Pay rate is $14/hr

We are looking for a candidate who has availability to work evenings Tuesday through Saturday, a strong work ethic, is a team player and works well under pressure. We value stability, longevity and encourage growth within our company.
