Sa Bai is the first restaurant for husband and wife team Eric and Atchara “Holly” Willis. Eric came to the valley from South Carolina soon after college 15 years ago. He has worked and managed at several local restaurants and catering companies. Holly came to Phoenix just 4 years ago from Chang Mai, Thailand after college as well. Holly has worked and managed at many of the valley’s best Thai eateries. Holly and Eric both enjoy the food, people and lifestyle that surround a restaurant. As a team they match traditional Thai food with modern American (farang) style. It is their idea to create a restaurant not just to feed people, but to bring people together as well.
