FRESH CONCEPT IN HISTORIC SOUTH CONGRESS LOCATION HIRING ALL FLOOR POSITIONS! Vinaigrette is an upbeat, wellness-minded bistro with a menu inspired and animated by bold and delicious entrée salads and extending to expertly prepared, sustainably sourced proteins and nourishing soups, sides, sandwiches and desserts. Our restaurants are bright and inviting, our salads are crisp and innovative, and we strive to be local and sustainable. We compost all of our waste, creating a closed-loop system grounded in soil health and inspired by nature, and are looking to expand upon this eco-approach at our Texas location. Our nearby 20-acre Bastrop farm is in development and will provide daily harvests of biodynamic produce for the restaurant, modeled after our Santa Fe farm.

We offer nourishment, a place of wellness, and an uplifting space for our customers and staff to thrive. We are excited to root ourselves in the rich and vibrant community of South Austin. Our lovingly renovated South Congress location is in the shade of one of the city’s oldest and most majestic Live Oaks, at the site of the former Pig Stand, one of Texas’ first fast food concepts.
