Piattello Italian Kitchen is the second from-scratch restaurant concept from Chef/Owner Marcus Paslay. The menu will feature handmade pastas and pizzas from a wood fire oven. Chef Paslay, along with Executive Chef Scott Lewis, will offer an approachable interpretation of regional Italian dishes utilizing local ingredients when possible and refined, from scratch technique.
