Pho has been considered as the dish of Vietnam. At Pho Bistro, we could not agree more. Our pho broth is a four hour process. We use fresh, quality beef bones, whole sides of flank steak, traditional herbs, and vegetables to develop our savory broth. Our lengthy process and careful simmering methods develop a unique and authentic flavor. Pho consists of fresh rice noodles, thinly sliced cuts of eye round steak, flank, tendon and book tripe. Pho is served with fragrant basil leaves, bean sprouts, sliced jalapenos, and fresh squeezed lime.
