Opening in 2006, Escondido Golf and Lake Club has been ranked as the finest golf community in Central Texas by Avid Golfer Magazine and placed among the best courses in Texas by the prestigious Dallas Morning News. Escondido is located on the shores of Lake LBJ, 10 minutes from the charming town of Marble Falls and 1 hour West of Austin and North of San Antonio. Escondido is a private, Member owned and controlled Club with just over 350 Club Members. The community was designed as a place where families and friends can gather to create and share in the best moments of their lives. The high level of personalized Club service and anticipation of Member needs has come to be known as the “Escondido experience”. Club amenities include the Great House for fine dining and events, La Hacienda, a special dining/event venue, and Lake Club, with a pool, lake access and casual/fine dining venue with full service bar and outdoor kitchen.
