Toasted is an experience based, fast casual brand focused on elevating a classic American sandwich – the grilled cheese. Born in Winter Park, Florida, the concept offers crafted grilled cheese & burgers made with premium, locally sourced ingredients that are always prepared in house.

Our Story
Fresh into retirement, Jeffrey Yarmuth, a 40-year veteran of the restaurant business, quickly found it difficult to rest on his laurels. He soon set his sights on developing a new fast casual brand focused on elevating the iconic grilled cheese sandwich. The inspiration came from many of Yarmuth’s favorite New York City joints – the type of niche restaurants with simple menus that focus on reimagining familiar foods. Yarmuth enlisted the help of his daughter, Megan, to help create and execute the brand. Pairing his operational experience with her background in food & beverage marketing, Toasted was born in February 2013 in Winter Park, Fl.
