Our proteins and veggies are regional and sustainable. All our sauces, dressings, breadings, and bread are hand made from non GMO ingredients. Our bar mixers, also hand crafted, are made from fresh, not canned or frozen ingredients. Your taste can tell.
We are open Wednesday thru Saturday and your 8 to 10 hour days get you a three day weekend every week. We know organic, gluten free, and lectin free.
