Our Tasty Beginnings With Macs
Since 2015, Chelles Macarons has brought our unique twist of the classic French dessert to the heart of Dallas and Plano! Chelle's first encounter with “macs”, as she likes to call them, was sophomore year of college in her French class. From the first bite, she was intrigued with the delicate texture and aesthetic of these cookies.
Out of her home kitchen, she perfected her macaron technique and started experimenting. If artists see the world in color and shapes, she sees the world in flavor. She was excited to incorporate the unique flavors she loved into the delicate and elegant vessel of the macaron.
Jonathan's first experience with macs was when Chelle baked a batch of 2 dozen macarons for his birthday celebration. Jonathan was so intrigued with the taste and texture of the macs that he jokingly encouraged Chelle to start selling them. A few weeks later, the joke became reality, and Chelles Macarons was born.
