Maison Valentine is a charming French pastry shop and café located in the heart of Miami Beach. Brigitte Cavallero and her son Bastien, in collaboration with pastry chef Stéphane Merlat, are leading this new little corner of France with a chic Parisian décor.

Tired of office life, Brigitte, and her son Bastien took a leap of faith and decided to leave their beloved France to embark on a new journey in sunny Miami. They fell in love with the city and its vibrant culture.

The two entrepreneurs have placed this adventure under the signs of Tradition, Family, and Gastronomy. Opening a French pastry shop was then an obvious choice.
