The inspiration for Dapple came from the need to bring something unique, on-trend, and tasty to the Palmetto Bay area. The name Dapple was inspired by the owner’s Dapple Dachshund, Luna. Dapple means a spot or speck of color or light, which Dapple aspires to be for the area. Dapple is a Modern American Kitchen with a Myron Mixon smoker. Executive Victor J. Santos & Andre Martinez bring a BBQ, Asian and Latin fusion to the menu. Lead Bartender Nick Ferro brings an extensive knowledge of craft cocktails and bold creativity. General manager Tina Mazejka leads the hospitality team. The atmosphere is clean, modern, and trendy. Dapple is a family owned restaurant providing a family friendly environment.
