Born out of a love for authentic Mexican cuisine with fresh and quality ingredients; all of our corn tortillas are made in-house, our meats are slow-braised, and we use fresh local produce when available.

Don & Gwen opened Casita after bonding over a love of travel and authentic cuisines. They would plan their vacations around the food each city had to offer; and eventually, they found a passion in Mexican food.

Fast forward almost ten years and four locations later, Casita is alive and thriving in St. Pete. If it weren't for the support of their amazing staff and supported charitable organizations, they wouldn't be where they are today, providing a space for St. Pete-ians to grab a cold beer and a taco (or two)!
