People often ask us what sets us apart from the other bakeries in Dallas. What our brides have said they respond to most is the fact that we are a family-owned bakery run by a classically-trained pastry chef. Because we are a small, family business, we understand budgets, and brides are often pleasantly surprised at the value and quality we offer. We limit the number of orders we accept each weekend, so that every wedding cake gets all the special attention it deserves. Our cakes are really nice desserts, layering moist cake with handcrafted mousses and real buttercream. We have been very lucky in that we have built our business by word of mouth. We are always happy when we get a nice mention in the media, but most importantly, our customers have been wonderful over the years, sharing our name with family and friends. And we love that every wedding is a new opportunity to introduce our cakes to a whole new group of friends.
