About Au Cheval

Brendan Sodikoff's nationally acclaimed Au Cheval, which is located at 800 W. Randolph Street, is seeking line cooks and dishwashers. The restaurant is part of Hogsalt Hospitality, and includes Bavette's, Doughnut Vault, Gilt Bar, Green Street Smoked Meats, High Five Ramen, Maude's Liquor Bar and 3 Greens Market.

Line Cook: Pay rate is $18-$20/hr based on experience.
Dishwasher: Starting pay rate is $15/hr.

We are looking for individuals who have open availability including evenings and weekends, a strong work ethic, a team player mindset and the ability to work well under pressure. We value stability, longevity and encourage growth within our company.

A diner-style bar and restaurant with a passion for eggs. Loosely translated, the name Au Cheval means to put an egg on it...and we do. Au Cheval takes a culinary approach to diner fare, ranging from chopped chicken liver and roasted marrow bones with beef cheek marmalade, to traditional sandwiches and egg-focused entrees. We offer strong, classic cocktails including the Horse's Neck, Vieux Bonal and Hemingway's Daiquiri. A robust draught beer program features a wide range of neighborhood, domestic and international selections.
