Job Description
Feng Cha Garland is looking for hardworking Baristas to join our fun, fast-casual cafe. We are seeking individuals who have a passion for tea and desserts, resonate with the values of our company and respect the lifestyle choices of our customers. Must be a true team player by respecting all staff, proving dependability and showing initiative.
Morning Shift is from 10:00 am to 05:00pm.
Evening Shift is from 05:00 pm to 10:30pm.

As the barista, you will skillfully craft the perfect beverage with consistency. With a wide range of beverage offerings, attention to detail and working quickly & accurately will help ensure your success. You'll also be responsible for keeping your station and the larger establishment clean and stocked. Being a barista offers you a community of passionate coffee lovers and frequent opportunities for continued learning.
Responsibilities
- Sharpen and adjust cutting equipment
- Receive, inspect, and store meat upon delivery
- Cut, bone, or grind pieces of meat
- Weigh, wrap, label and store cuts of meat
- Know and comply with proper storage standards
- Participate in product rotation, inventory, waste management and ordering of product
- Clean equipment and work areas according to sanitation standards
